About Linscott Park
Linscott Park Developmentis a team of professionals dedicated to the creation of new affordable housing for low- and moderate-income households in the State of Illinois. Our team has been planning and working in the affordable housing market for over ten years. There are currently four key team members in our company, each with a unique knowledge niche in the affordable housing market (legal, architectural design and construction, financing and city planning).
Our mission is to provide decent, safe, sanitary, energy-efficient and well-designed affordable housing to low- and moderate-income households.
One of Linscott Park Development’s goals is to partner with local non-profit service agencies to provide affordable housing to their clients. Many non-profits are not able to provide their own housing since they would have to change their mission, hire new staff, and become housing developers and landlords. We will partner with these organizations to allow them to continue to provide their current support services while we provide the housing.
